Is it just me or does Jay Carney, more and more, look like somebody who has just come from a Hemorrhoid Banding session?

What is a court eunuch to do - other than start buying the Royal Canadian in the big jugs, because the amount of alcohol needed is growing, the Crown Royal is too expensive in the amount needed, and his pride won't let him go to Crystal Palace. Yet.
