Given the average weight of a brown rat is 12 oz (thank you, Wikipedia!) and the average politician is, say 200 lbs - a size factor of some 267, we're gonna need a lot of dogs.

I dunno SteveS, a different kind of dog maybe. A couple dozen police K-9s ought to do the trick. I'll kick in.
