Electric Car fanboiz need to catch their breath and calm down. The limiting factor on charging BEVs is not the speed at which the battery charges, it is the speed at which the electric grid can transmit energy. That speed is determined by the formula volts * amps = watts.

Using one of these Supercapacitors in a cell phone would be akin to carrying a hip flask of nitroglycerine in one's back pocket.
A short in such a concentrated store of electrical energy would result in a burst of heat energy that would toast, no roast, the poor soul carrying the phone in an instantaneous superheated discharge of molten glass, plastic and metal. If you think car fires from Lithium-ion Batteries are spectacular wait to you see the Human fires from faulty Graphine Supercapicators in Cell Phones.

We'll see how this turns out, if it works as advertised that's a great advance.
Although waiting 10 minutes+ to refuel your car still sucks.
