"I have a little shadow that goes in and out with me, And what can be the use of him is more than I can see. He is very, very like me from the heels up to the head; And I see him jump before me, when I jump into my bed."

Your Say

A very important thing that every adult should do at least once a year (twice is best) is to sit on the couch upside down. That way the adult can see things as nephews and nieces (and other smaller humans) do. It is especially enlightening to gaze around, for the most amazing things (besides the old perspective itself) can be found.

I time mine for the spring and autumnal equinox, just to keep them into my adult calendar. Alas, this fall all I saw was dust, but in prior inversions I have seen things that were lost.

Quite a useful thing overall.
