Kids Today
Teens attack mom with sword, threaten to eat her liver: The 13-year-old admitted he told his 14-year-old friend to try to kill his mother because he had been taking "blue pills.” The 14-year-old suspect also admitted to attempting to kill his friend's mother and that they were going to leave town afterwards. [Well, at least they had a plan.]

Remember that Star Trek episode about the planet run by kids, all the adults were gone? Or the Twilight Zone about the kid who killed the adults in his town who didn't obey him by turning them into dolls and worse with the power of his evil mind? Or my brothers who would pick me up and put me on top of the refrigerator and leave me there?
There's a cultural precedent for sure!
