Drunks Gone Wild

drunkskunk.jpg
I propose a reality TV program called Drunks Gone Wild where inebriated guests discuss the day’s news with a special emphasis on “controversial” subjects. Think Fox News Channel’s The Five or CNN’s newly refurbished Crossfire, but with lots of alcohol. The program will open with participants fairly well sloshed and on their way to being totally bombed. A macho drinking culture will prevail with participants egging on each other to “have one more.” - - Taki's Magazine

Your Say

There is a show like that. "Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld". It is Greg's other show, and his first show on Fox. I have not watched in a while but caught it when it first started and I always thought they were under the influence of something.

Doesn't that pretty much describe Lardball with Chris Matthews?

There are millions awaiting the guy, because it will be a guy, that starts this show up. Production costs will be ridiculously low. The first episode could be nothing more that bringing a few cameras to a gathering of my wife's family.

My wife has 10 brothers and sisters. There are also various spouses. Some of the nieces and nephews are in their 40's. When there is a big gathering, every conceivable opinion has a representative. We don't hesitate to call each other names. We raise our voices. It is awesome.

Oh, and the vodka... These gatherings get fueled by vodka. More than on handle a night will disappear. We're not pretentious. We don't call our vodka over rocks a Martini. It's just vodka.

Oh, and one other thing. Chrome is telling me that it's not allowing access to your site due to "Malware." IE doesn't have the same opinion. This is new. And it is only for the comments. I cen load the home page fine.
