Monroe County Sheriff's officials said the man was between 35 and 45-years-old with short brown hair and no facial hair.He was approximately 5-feet, 9-inches tall and about 170 pounds. He had a number of tattoos, including a mermaid on his stomach, a sun and moon tattoo on his right side and on the underside of his upper arm a tattoo that said "I am what I am".
