Living in South Florida with my past employer I have met her several times. That was several years ago and she didn't look as bad in person then as she does now in photos.
When this page loaded I saw just the top of her head, about half of the eyes and up. I thought it was Carrot Top.

I just compared Carrot Top and Mizz Shultz side by side, Carrot Top has less wrinkles and uses more mascara. Still very close from the eyes up.

Several years ago when I first discovered Gerard's site, he had a post one day with the comment, and I'm paraphrasing some here, that everyone gets the face they deserve by age 40.
