"The past is never dead. It's not even past." -- Faulkner

Hanged, drawn and quartered: To be hanged, drawn and quartered
was a penalty in England for men convicted of high treason, in use from 1351. Convicts were fastened to a hurdle, or wooden panel, and drawn by horse to the place of execution, where they were hanged (almost to the point of death), emasculated, disembowelled, beheaded and quartered (chopped into four pieces). Their remains were often displayed in prominent places across the country.

Soccer Referee Killed And Quartered By Fans In Brazil After Fatally Stabbing Player: Spectators also decapitated Silva and stuck his head on a stake in the middle of the field.

Once again, a boring soccer game ends in a 1-1 tie. Not sure why they didn't have a shootout to decide it, though.

Your Say

A shootout could be cool, depending on the chosen weapons. But given this is South America, I suggest a full-scale riot instead. Viva Whoever!
