Saudi Arabia 'targeting Iran and Israel with ballistic missiles'

picture-53_2614311c.jpg
It serves as both a training and launch facility, with the missiles stored in an underground silo built into a rocky hillside. To the north of the facility are two circle-shaped launch pads, both with compass-style markings showing the precise direction that the launchers should fire in. --- Telegraph

Your Say

And I absolutely guarantee that the United States helped Saudi Arabia build this. Going back before Obama.

Ho-hum. Every country with missiles in the armory targets every other country within range. Contingencies you know.

Bring back the days of mutually assured destruction.

1) There's gotta be some benefit to bankrolling Pakistan's nuke program....

2) If you are Saudi Arabia, you can only point a nuke missile at Tehran if you also point one at Te Aviv.

3) This is the fruit of America's abdication of leadership and disarmament.

4) We may be dismayed to see where other nominal allies missiles are pointed.

5) This is bad.

6) Herman Kahn was a genius.

Had we nuked the snot out of the usual suspects on Sept 12, 2001 we wouldn't have this problem. Aren't you glad we never fight like we want to win? It's just so damn civilized.
