Obama lip-serves up a fat one admitting, "Yup, I got nothin'."

Obama calls on Congress for help ending 'bureaucratic hoop-jumping' "We sure could use Congress's help, particularly at a time when Congress is saying they want more efficient government -- they give a lot of lip-service to it -- and we're operating under severe fiscal restraints. It makes sense for us to be able to redesign government so it can deliver on the functions the American people are looking for,” he said.

Your Say

redesign = transfer power to the oval office.

redesign = overthrow the Constitution = revolution = tyranny.

The design of our government is specified by the Constitution. Congress has no authority by themselves to modify the Constitution. Seems like the Usurper is asking for a Congressional fig leaf to hide from/fool the livs the exercise of tyranny.

Seems like if the Usurper is saying he can't control the government so that it faithfully executes the laws. If he had any honor at all he would resign. He says, change the government to suit me. We say, naah, if you can't do it with what we gave you, then get your sorry incompetent *** the **** out. Looks like we're going to have to pry him out along with all his burrowing fellow travelers. Hope not, but some forceful persuasion might be required before it's done.

Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin

The days of your kingdom are numbered and will be brought to an end.
You have been weighed on the scales and are found wanting.

The social mood has been telling him over and over that his big government solutions are unaffordable. But has he or his media prostitutes acknowledged that? No, they kept pushing and now they stand on mushy political ground, sinking, and they want a helping hand. Sure, just hang on to that multithousand page Obamacare law and while you're at it have a look at the multithousand page amnesty. Sinking faster...well have a look at the targeted Pigford law and ....blurb,blurb,blu.....

The problem with tar & feathers is that it violates fossil fuel restrictions and unless the feathers come from free-range fowl willing to be plucked, well you got PETA against you as well.

I wonder, now that pot is legitimate, if hemp ropes will come back into vogue ... jes' sayin'
