Imagine that you are Mr. Zimmerman,

and you're suddenly attacked by a suspicious-looking character, who breaks your nose with one punch before he viciously assaults you as you lie bleeding. You're screaming for help, but no one responds. Afraid that you might pass out and the assailant will kill you, self-preservation takes over, and you reach for your gun and use it. How many people would have done otherwise? This is a classic example of self-defense, and if the skin colors of the participants were reversed, we would not be seeing this sham of a trial. -- Bob Weir, A Race-Hustler Form of Justice

Your Say

Words from one who knows what it is like to confront a suspect and find himself in a life or death struggle. One of my friends is a retired cop. His take on it is exactly the same.

People cry racism or police brutality, when it is nothing more than an act of survival irregardless of the suspect's race.

The available evidence points to Zimmerman as acting in self defense. Responsible people would agree. The race baiters are not reasonable people, though.

There is a reason why we have the phrase "show trial" after all.

It sounds better than "scapegoat" when all is said and done.

No matter how much lipstick they paint on this pig, they can't take it to the prom. As soon as the LSM painted Zimmerman as a "WHITE Hispanic" I knew he was in for railroading. Hell, he was only indicted after the race baiting poverty pimps forced a special prosecutor on to the scene.
