Your Say
When I put this story in a comment a few days ago I started thinking that the left will say exactly what they did about Obama's change of view on gay marriage, "Obama evolved."
See it does not matter what a democrat politician did or said years ago it only matters for the moment.

No one ever accused the President of being consistent. In fact, inconsistency is one of his most notable traits. There is no there, there.

I'd bet dollars to donuts that "Present" Obama had no idea this bill existed until now--and probably still doesn't.

'Affirmative defense' is defined as; 'you are guilty unless you convince us otherwise'. Texas has a bunch of these too, and they turn 'innocent until proven' on its head.
