I just came from the '70's Corb-Whorehouse: CORNELL.
Architecture from the land where the architects proclaim, "here, the people will be happy."

Don't you hate it, I do, when the word "by" might be better replaced by "but".
I do it all the time, still hate to see it on the screen.
