Lord, do I hate that place. It is ugly and has a nasty climate and nasty people. After we sold my mother's house down there and moved all the stuff out of it, I swore a mighty oath never to go there again. I sacrificed a horse to the gods, disjointed it, and buried the bloody pieces, and I swore that oath.

Nasty climate? I grew up in Michigan, and if I never see snow, sleet, or freezing rain again, it'll be too soon. Now that's what I call a nasty climate. I'll take Florida's heat, hurricanes, and thunderstorms anytime.

Michigander. Florhidia. Both extreme in their own way. It's a damn grand country that gots lots of places for everyone. Split the difference then. Tennessee and the Carolinas.
