MARCHING MORON WATCH [Bumped]

livingonlight.jpg

Woman subsisting on only light might actually be a plant: Naveena Shine is a 65-year-old Seattle woman who is undertaking a very extreme mission: living on sunlight and air.

Your Say

She is bit late. I met a guy in 1969 who claimed to live on sunlight and air.

Sad thing, but delusions are not amenable to treatment.

In Seattle? Good luck with that.

What a worthless existence! When I saw her sitting in that chair, I thought that the person who made the chair she sat in couldn't live on "light and air". Isn't it nice that we can live in a world where the narcissistic freeloaders pontificate to the productive class about the the importance of their existence as consumers.

I am SO looking forward to the apocalypse ... These are the kind of people I will eat first!

"These are the kind of people I will eat first!"

Nah, there won't be nothin' left 'cept bones.

Can you silly people not recognize a well constructed long con when you see one?

It is immoral to let a sucker keep his money.

I very much admire this woman, she is nearly as good as Obama.

Fred Z's got it. If you look into the source of this imbecile's lunacy http://www.jasmuheen.com/living-on-light/breatharians/ it gets real clear what the Obama base is. Look at this crowd, for instance: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6a_M3dxAZrY

You'd think the 20th century would have cured the populace of its susceptibility to grifters. You'd be wrong.

I agree with Leslie. When the sun rarely comes out in Seattle, there are public service warnings on the radio to "watch out for the dangerous windshield glare".

I had my cat trained to live on sunshine and air. Unfortunately, he died just as he was getting used to it.
bummer.

Poor thing, she is a little late. Had she been a few years earlier with this idea she could have probably hitched a ride on Hale-Bopp. I hear they serve stardust if you ride on the tail.

I have a cactus that lives on sunlight and air, but it's not as prickly as Ms. Shine looks.

Posted by: BillH at June 9, 2013 5:45 PM

I wish she were actually sincere, and not a hoaxter. I would like all such "highly-evolved" people to subsist on nothing until they all disappear. It will make for a better world.

Poster gurl for aging hippie chicks, isn't she? The mannish haircut, untreated yellow teeth, unplucked brows and unwaxed beardstache. Gark.

Seattle is awash in these unicorn-fart addled Obama voters, and I detest every last one of them.
