Give me a break, these women are society's highest ideal of sexual, feminine beauty. Nobody give's a rat's ass if they can string six solid syllables together.
If any one of these gorgeous pageant hotties had managed to work in a conservative talking point or two, you'd be praising her brilliance to skies.
The undeniably beautiful Sarah Palin utters equally incoherent inanities on a regular basis and you guys still think she's fucking brilliant.

Fully half the attraction I feel for Mrs. Palin is that she makes Leftists heads explode.
Better than the talkies, I tell ya.
The other half is boring crap like respect for her executive accomplishments, leadership, sound ideas on the role of government, and her outdoor and family chops.

I agree, put any random movie star or sports star in front of a camera, live, and pop questions like this on them and see how coherent they are. Sure, some will be able to handle it, but most of them will sound at least as idiotic.

Miss Alabama's incoherence is of little concern to me -- she's gorgeous eye candy, which is her purpose in this venue. Unlike Joe Biden, who's intellectual acumen may be less than hers, she makes no policy decisions that affect my life.

If a beauty contestant answers in an intelligent or non politically correct way, she becomes a media target. If she is paralyzed when trying to remember memorized generic answers, she becomes a media target.
The other contestant is willing to give up liberty for supposedly more safety, but the real problem is all the applause that her answer garnered.
The men who will marry them, aren't interested in their answers.
