A judge orders her put on the adult list,

because, you know, her family was quite convincing, and we all sort of Voted and decided that she should be put on the list. We all had a say, and we all voted this way. This may sound good. Which is exactly why I stayed off the bandwagon of the Right's attacks. Simply put, there are more people needing transplants than there are organs available.

But Sibelius's response was as tone deaf as you can imagine.

I can tell you this, though: if my own daughter, 19, needed a lung transplant to stay alive, I'd cut one of mine out myself to give her if that's what it took.
