She is 38, which is too old to play the ingenue. OTOH, apparently no one has told Owen Wilson that 44 is too old to be the naif.

She was a cute kid, not sure where her career is going to go now though, she still looks somewhat like a rebellious 20-something but isn't. Same sort of thing happened to Meg Ryan, who went from adorable cutie to too old to play cutie.
