BlObamagate: What did the President not know, and when did he not know it?

Noonan, This Is No Ordinary Scandal: The president, as usual, acts as if all of this is totally unconnected to him. He's shocked, it's unacceptable, he'll get to the bottom of it. He read about it in the papers, just like you.

Every single cop show and mystery movie when the bad guy claims he had no idea what his subordinates were doing and was innocent of people working in his company, he's the bad guy. Always.

Yet people don't seem to make that connect with the president - or don't care, since they expect no better.

Chris - Yea. Reminds me of the stories the perps tell on Fox's Cops program when it's filmed in Atlanta or Chicago.
