"Shocked! Shocked!" Mass. police: Bomb suspects didn't have gun permit

Apparently the FBI did a background check on the older brother...they felt he was no threat.

If I remember correctly, that background check was a result of the Russians warning the FBI that he was a danger. Go, FBI! Our politically correct law enforcement at work! So efficient!
