Yep, like I wrote about last year, there are more blacks in government jobs than in the general population and any attempt to cut those jobs will result in screams of racism and disenfranchisement.

I've seen these uniformed representatives of the Federal Government looking as if they just came out of a rugby scrum. Shirt tails half out, stained shorts in summer and shoes, shoes?. I wore better looking, shinier boots in the Nam boonies.
