Tell it Slant
Tell all the Truth but tell it slant —
Success in Circuit lies;
Too bright for mind's infirm intent,
The Truth's superb surprise.
As Lightning to the Children eased,
With explanation kind;
The Truth must dazzle gradually,
Or every man be blind.
~ Emily Dickinson (1830-1886)

Vanderleun is our Emily. Dazzling us at just the right pace to shed light on all that is true and all that is holy.
For example, I'll probably always remember that image of the three hands. Family. No essay needed for that one. The image tells it slant.
