Here's the Second Amenedment:
"Amendment 2 - Right to Bear Arms. Ratified 12/15/1791.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the
people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Necessary for the security of a ...'Free'... State. Not just Stste. Its necessary too.
Right to Bears arms just for the purpose of... hunting? Nope.
Looks like we need to address the legalization Rocket-propelled Grenades Launchers. Maybe even Stinger and Javelin missiles as the second amendment clearly supports such an endeavor.
Actually, I could use a Tank right now.

Every adult should own an "Assault Rifle" keep it at home and train with it.

I think that various states should consider moving to is the Swiss model of "National Guard" or state militia, which means that members of said official militia would keep actual, bona-fide assault rifles in their homes, as the Swiss do.
