Does Barack Obama Have A Mandate? A Look At The Numbers
However you slice it, Barack Obama does not come even close to a “mandate.”
He actually comes in near the bottom for percent total votes cast and percent total voters; he’s in the lower middle for percent per capita. The Commielibs & RINOs act as if the Commielibs have a mandate and are the arbiter of the cultural narratives regardles of the facts. The conservatives refuse to act on their mandate so long as even one person resists them.

And that assumes Obama even won the election by any real count. But it doesn't matter any more. Vote if you want to, I mean people toss coins into fountains and check fortune cookies too even though they know its crap.
