The election is tomorrow?

What people forget is the presidency is only one part of our representation. Obama's first 2 years and all of his executive orders prove the president can cause a lot of trouble. I, for one, am optimistic, because Romney is not like any Republican candidate we've seen in a long time. Say what you will about his political record, he is a good man. Obama is not a good man nor does he have any experience - and even less achievement - public or private. No president will be perfect. And no president will fix everything. But Obama was horrendous and, along with or without a majority in both houses, he sure caused a lot of trouble. The 2010 mid-terms, Gov. Walker's survival of the recall in the midst of the Occupy "movement"... these gave me hope. If Obama wins, we'll learn how to survive. If Romney wins, we'll have a chance to thrive. I believe in Romney's overall "story". He's a good man. And he's a competent man. We were all weary at the end of GW's last term - but at the peak of the Egyptian uprising, I heard a group of idealistic young European socialists praising GW as "vindicated" and slamming BO for his lack of leadership. What do they know, you ask? Well, they knew more than our own liberal press was willing to admit. Presidents do make a difference. Obama contributed to the housing crisis which lead to the global financial collapse even before he was president. He further hurt the economy with Obamacare. His incompetence ultimately caused the deaths in Benghazi - and would have been far more deaths if not for the 2 brave men who gave their lives covering for the ones who escaped the attacks. Obama is despicable. Romney is not. The 2010 mid-terms change the game. And the next president will appoint possibly 3 supreme court justices. Our choices do matter. God, they matter.

Red, Romney is the GOP machine candidate and quite beholden to the party.

The bad part of Obama winning isn't the economy; that is screwed. We owe more in debt than can be raised by the GDP. All entitlements!

No, the real damage would be giving Obama the chance to place one or two members to SCOTUS. That would finish off the Constitution, ushering in a fiat government.

I'm voting against Obama this afternoon. It happens that I will do that by filling in the little oval next to Romney's name.

We already have a government by bureaucratic and judicial fiat -- if you hadn't noticed. You hold your property and your liberty at the whim of the state. This has not been a free country most of my life.
