and boom he gets called to carpet. How do you like that? I for one, don't like it. Most workplaces you can tell if your being measured for a termination notice. It strongly suggests is that Petraeus isn't a problem with something that has happened. He's a problem with something that is going to happen. There's some loop Petraeus is not part of. I have a different take: that the Petraeus-Broadwell investigation really has nothing to do with Benghazi or protecting the White House. It is, rather, an FBI exercise in covering up their own ineptitude. The focus of the FBI investigation is salvaging the FBI's own image from the savaging it should receive for allowing the initial investigation to even get started.
