How on Earth did that happen? At the root of this belief is the core liberal belief that the United States is fundamentally flawed in every respect. Just ask any liberal to name a positive attribute in which the US leads other countries. They will not be able to name one. Their whole world view is founded on the bedrock of US unworthiness - they cannot conceive of any other condition.
