"This is an open letter to the Left’s “Expert Conservative pundit” useful idiots."

We who are working at the grassroots level look at you as jokes. Mona Charen, Don Feder, Bill Kristol, and the rest of you
are simpletons with loyalty that is questionable at best. How can you justify dutifully writing reports about a poll without mentioning it is skewed by a projected Democrat turnout larger than even the margin Obama had in 2008? How can you ignore the clear evidence that there are more registered Republicans than registered Democrats by 4.3 points (and most of that edge has come about just since June)? -- Why “Conservative pundits” are the Left’s useful idiots

Your Say

All who follow the conservative pundits are also idiots, part of the same Bill O'Reilly mindset, "progressive reformers". Kristol for sure is one such idiot, a snot nosed kid who thinks his father's legacy entitles him.

Anybody with an internet connection can access all of the same info and opinion as the pundits. You need not wait for them to paraphrase the info for you, and in doing so you can even think for yourself.

The iron rule of learning is the more you wait for the info to come to you, the less value it will have. Listen to the callers to talk radio. Most callers either just repeat, clumsily, what the host has already said 10 times today or 100 times this month. Or, the caller calls up and claims to have listend to years, had their life changed by access to the host, and then asks the host how they should begin trying to convince a friend/neighbor/boss/child why it's harmful to raise taxes in a recession or some other basic argument. I always wonder just what have you been hearing for these "life changing" years?

Learn the arguments, use the arguments, and stop just wallowing in background noise directed nowhere and doing nothing to advance your goals. Just because it's from "our team" doesn't mean you should spend time with it. Be active, be a citizen.
