Homer has his problems. I seem to recall when he tried to vote for Obama.
He presses the Obama button and the machine says "one vote for McCain".
Infuriated Homer presses the Obama button again and the machine says "two votes for McCain".

As much as I dislike the Massachusetts health insurance system... its at least constitutional for states to do that kind of thing.
At the federal level? No.
