Your Say

Hard to say anything in the face of this without sounding like a dick, but still, it's better than trying to comment on the body types of really really young female gymnasts, so...

Kid, you wouldn't believe how much good has been accomplished by figuring out an economical process of freezing water. Cooling and freezing technology is used for a lot more than making drinks nice and cool. I won't even get into how many people make a living from it.

Best I can come up with.

Remember the movie Mosquito Coast? One man's quest to bring ice machines to the third world.

So you are telling me that you are surprised that I am still hungry and wearing rags because you gave money to some dude on TV that said he was going to spend it on us.

Surprised they didn't try to sell him the recipe for ice.

Yes young man, manufactured ice is common in all parts of the world. Here in Haiti, ice is uncommon because when the world sends money and resources it's misused by your corrupt leaders,(see; Duvalier) it's always been this way and will always be this way. Simply put.. your people are unable to govern yourselves, (think Detroit).
