It's hard to know what the Democratic Party stands for anymore.

The left imagines that it is somehow better than the lunatics of the Westboro Baptist Church
who randomly show up at funerals screaming about homosexuality. It's not. Not when its members show up randomly brandishing nooses or dressing up as body parts and screaming about racism or sexism. There's no hint of responsible leadership in tactics like that. It's the behavior of a debating club loser who has memorized only one winning point and will shout it no matter what the issue is. -- Sultan Knish: A Party of Trolls

Your Say

They stand for Fascism/Socialism/Racism/Sexism. They have the great good fortune of being able to advocate for these -isms and not getting accused of being fascists, socialists, racists, and sexists as long as they don't say "I am fascist, etc., etc."

"I'm not a communist. I just want to take from people according to their means and give to people according to their needs."

Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist Church was a big donor to Al Gore. The reason you don't see a difference between the democrats/liberals/leftists and the lunatics of the Westboro Baptist Church is because there is no difference.

It stands for power and the getting and keeping of it.

And loot. Sweet, sweet, loot, precious.

The main difference between the democrats and the Phelps family is that the dems have the 'press' in their pockets and have managed to weasel their minions and dependents into every nook and cranny of the bureaucracy.
