"The banner isn’t what really matters, it’s the American people’s devotion to liberty that is so vital."
Our Constitution was written in an attempt to create a government designed to do just that. It's an exemplary document, but that piece of paper and the institutions it establishes are only as good as the people's devotion to liberty.
