Technically, he's about 20 years late and will be a more than few dollars short. Today's septic tank systems with oxygen injection will provide water output that is technically 'potable', if you have the 'mental iron' to drink it. Not any different than commercial 'sewage' processors, only on a single home plant size. Seems very similar to Bill's home nuclear reactor idea, good idea only stolen from someone else. Sorry Bill, Steve Jobs is now dead, so there's nobody left on the planet smart enough to steal from for your success.
