Seal Tears Off President's Head. Micturates Down... Respectfully.

Obama%20A%20Fraud.jpg

A serving SEAL Team member said: ‘Obama wasn’t in the field, at risk, carrying a gun.
As president, at every turn he should be thanking the guys who put their lives on the line to do this. He does so in his official speeches because he speechwriters are smart. ‘But the more he tries to take the credit for it, the more the ground operators are saying, “Come on, man!” It really didn’t matter who was president. At the end of the day, they were going to go.’ --SEALs slam Obama for using them as 'ammunition' in bid to take credit for bin Laden killing during election campaign | Mail Online

Your Say

If as it looks they've got currently-serving guys speaking out ... then it's evidence of poor leadership from the top, as good order and discipline is beginning to break.

These people who on their honor have made the commitment to the defense of our country, are telling us that we need to get serious about our choices, or they're gonna walk.

There was no other choice but to approve the mission. He made the operation contingent on 'no new risks'. If the mission failed, he claims 'new risks'. The Admiral goes under the bus and Obama is praised for his valiant attempt.
On the other hand, if bin Ladin slipped away again, he would lose the election in November. So, despite Jarrett's recommendation, he made the only choice open to him. Approve or lose in November. Obama was almost an observer. He had no real choice but to OK the operation. Political calculation not courage decided the issue.

John Fleming is right. Leadership is recognized in the Uniform Code of Military Justice (Article 88) by prohibiting commissioned officers from using "contemptuous words against the President, Vice-President, Congress, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of a military department, Secretary of Homeland Security, or the Governor or legislature" of any place he is serving in the US.

There is no similar provision for enlisted troops or non-commissioned officers, because if there is respect from the commissioned officers, there will be respect from the enlisted troops and the non-commissioned officers. Sgt. Stein, who is being railroaded out of the Marine Corps because of comments he made about the President has violated no provision of the UCMJ, but he has violated the politically correct doctrines of a bunch of fancy pants commissioned officers who know as much about leadership, as Patton would say, as they do about fornicating. Their failure of leadership, from BO on down, has destroyed one marine, and is destroying the military in this country. --USAF JAG, 1969-1972

SEALs do not desire or seek publicity for what they do; it just makes their jobs harder. Then the President blabs to the whole world about the mission. This is so bad, it's stupefying. For this act alone, Obama should be voted out of office.

Also begs the question of which US presidents had prior service in the military.

As memory serves, the effective leaders were vets.

SEALS breaking a code of silence, and Secret Service agents whoring. Not a good sign. But when you don't have grownups in the WH, and you have drunken frat boys for speechwriters, what can you expect?
