The more outrageous and violent the behavior exhibited by a member of a non-white minority group exalted by liberal whites the *less* severe will be the criticism of the act by the latter.

Surely we need know nothing more than this of the modern liberals to regard them as dangerously deluded. They have no sense of surviving any doom of their own making and this tells us we need to give them a wide berth, geographically and other wise.

Nahh, ya'll don't want that. You want the stew of racial hate we live in today because it advances the 'cause'. Screw you and the horse you rode in on. The lines are being drawn, my friend, and you have no one to blame but yourself.

jay dubya, the race war has been fomented by the race-baiters such as al, jesse, jeremiah, louis f, holder, and yes, obammy, for decades. The "stew of racial hate" is for advancing a cause alright, the cause of entitlement and power grabbing, and outright robbery from the so-called 'haves' (caucasians) to the the so-called 'have nots' (anyone but caucasians, but mostly depending on where they sit in the grievance hierarchy), through the mechanism of the state. The lines were drawn 40+ years ago during the 'Great Society'. It's horrible that the final act seems to be shaping up to be a violent one, but it is high time that it comes to a close.

Not saying that Ebanks is icennont, because I don't know. But what disturbs me about this case, is that it is made by one Judge, and the evidence is circumstancial. Despite what Tyrone's mother and witnesses seeing him at the scene, there is still no absolute proof that Ebanks killed Tyrone. In all due respect to Justice Quinn, I personally believe that a Judge should never try a murder case. What if the Judge is tipped or paid in full to make a judgement - God forbid, but things like this could happen., and the public can never know about it. The Jury system, I feel, is the best system. I believe we may putt alot of icennont men behind bars for life if we continue to use one Judge to call the shots. I don;t like it. This can't be good for Cayman in the long run. It is very disturbing. A person should be found guilty when there is beyond shadow of a doubt that he has pulled the trigger. Am I not correct? You can not follow a person's dreams, interpretations, and messages from God. This is our Court we are talking about. The facts must lead the case and the judgement. Anyways, I know alot will oppose me about this one, but this case worries me alot.
