Obligatory Seriousness on the Trayvon Martin

A nation mourns its youth, gone away, gone astray, dying by the bullet.
And painted in stereotypical black, we have another stereotypical tragedy that cannot be anything but grist for a cycle of protest, outrage, sadness, disappointment and resentment. It quiets down until another bullet gives another HBO writer of 'The Wire' another million dollars. Because that's reality. -- Trayvon Martin - Cobb

Your Say

In my opinion, Trayvon axed for it.

The Wire? That was mostly black youth killing black youth. Trayvon is a circus act no one buys anymore. Ihe race hustlers are gearing up for massive riots this summer. Obama needs a crisis. He may find it expedient to cancel elections.

A quote (perhaps apocryphal) from Obama's favorite character on "The Wire", Omar:"Why dem white people all upset that some meskin jew shot a nigga?"
