Keep Clam and Carry On!
After all, Feller notes, "sizable job growth has taken hold by the month." What's more, "Obama has a story to tell on the killing of Osama bin Laden." Our guess is that Obama waits till October to inform Americans that bin Laden has been dispatched so that it will have the maximum impact on the election, while also not queering his chances for another Nobel Peace Prize.
