OK, Here's My Plan: Joan of Argghh actually thinks that a smart, experienced au pair would trump a young, Swedish au pair with commodious breasts

I found myself mulling all of my own fine recommendations for the job of au pair.
I raised one fine son, why not another’s? Music, art, and classical literature, bi-lingual, up-to-date on computer technology (except for BlackBerry. Crap!) and a more-than-casual Judeo-Christian theological background. Why not rock another’s cradle and raise up a leader or at least a voter? --The Audacity of an Au Pair Insurgency | Primordial Slack

Your Say

Who says you can't have both? She can be the overnight sitter. I'll be the daytime subversive of the young and she can be the nighttime subversive of the old and horny. As long as she's a Conservative, I'll put her in my stable. . . . so to speak.

Moreover, our government employees outnumber young, buxom Swedish imports by far.

Besides, who do you think will be hiring the au pair?

When you say au pair, one presumes you're talking about her chest luggage.
