Roger Simon Recants: "I fell for Rick Perry, a man less qualified, it turns out, to be president than my dead grandmother."

I hoped there would be a new Newt and indeed it looked as if there might be until Romney's Super PAC started to say some nasty things.
Then the old Newt returned -- in spades. An angry warthog emerged, snorting across the public stage, unable to control his emotions. Who would want such a person in the White House? -- Roger L. Simon » Never Trust a Pundit, Especially Me

Your Say

The ONLY candidate that never changed his message or waffled, flipped or lied is Ron Paul. The rest of them are moderate RINO's. Haven't you had enough of those critters?

I know Paul's isolation beliefs are tough to take. SO WHAT! You cannot get everything. Paul has the same 'drive' as Obama, except he believes in the Constitution.

The attacks by Gingrich and Paul on Romney's free enterprise career are nauseating and display a fear and cowardice on their part which is not appropriate, or even acceptable in a President.

As for a good ticket for the Republicans, how about Paul-Bolton? Everybody up until Obama has been able to learn in office, Bolton is the man to instruct Paul on what can and cannot and should and should not be done by a country with as many nukes, ships, and world beating weapons systems as we have.

I thought these candidates were supposed to reserve their fire for The One Himself - not form a circular firing squad!

Character counts. Is there a Republican out there with any character?

St. Thor, That would be a match made in the USA. Bolton just might hop aboard.

All the chatter about Romney/Bain is nothing more than what Obama did with GM, EXCEPT Obama did it by circumventing the rules for bondholders and as an official from the Government.

Alas, a man who would be 77 if he took the oath of office is not going to be elected to the Presidency. That's just the fact.

Reagan, Reagan was elected. No one can be elected if he/she doesn't get the votes.
