White Hawk Dive

white_hawk_A.jpg

I recently had the thrill of watching a white hawk dive again and again, for its prey. -- - Diane Varner - Daily Walks

Your Say

That is a very cool image of a White-tailed Kite.

Yes it is, and what it can't show you is that the kite hovers in place while stalking its prey, its wings treading the air.

Late in the day, with the fading sun on its breast, it looks like nothing so much as an angel. Just breathtaking.
