From "Equal Opportunity" to "Extra-constitutional Opportunities:" Jesse Jackson Jr. and the Closet Fascists Emerge

“I hope the president continues to exercise extraordinary constitutional means, based on the history of Congresses that have been in rebellion in the past,” Jackson said.

“He’s looking administratively for ways to advance the causes of the American people, because this Congress is completely dysfunctional.”... “We’ve got to go further. I support what [Obama] does. Clearly, Republicans are not going to be for it but if the administration can handle administratively what can be done, we should pursue it. And if there are extra-constitutional opportunities that allow the president administratively to put the people to work, he should pursue every single one of them,” Jackson suggested. --Jesse Jackson Jr. | Congress in Rebellion | Unemployment | The Daily Caller

Your Say

I wonder what kind of "work" would suit Jackson? Permit me to suggest that sorting the garbage in a recycling plant would be a great job for some of them. Also, cleaning the floors and vats in a rendering plant (you can use all the hot water and soap you want). For those with superior hand/eye coordination, I suggest chipping the mortar off old bricks, so they can be used again. It's so, so ... green.

I have a bad feeling about this next election. Obama is going to declare martial law.

You and me both, ahem. I got that feeling when I first heard Obama talking about "spreading the wealth around."

The old man is a goniff, but he ain't totally stupid. The son is a moron. When the old man goes, he will go too.

Obama declaring martial law, and usurping Congress to institute executive orders?

That won't happen until AFTER the election.

As for the election itself, he will get re-elected with the help of the MSM cheerleading him and sliming his opposition, combined with all the useful idiots who are professed "conservatives" or "independants" who will decide that Romney or Cain or Perry or whoever, just isn't suitable enough to satisfy their ideals, so they will stay home or vote for the third party guy-- thereby HANDING President Zero a second term.

Ya thought he played too much golf, and his fat-assed wife took too many fancy vacations on the taxpayer's dime, and he called his political opponents names and incited class warfare violence, and handed out punishment/rewards to enemies/donors via his agencies like the EPA, all WHILE he had to worry about re-election?

You ain't seen NOTHING yet. Wait until what he is like come 2013, and he no longer has to pretend to be anything other than what observant people with a pulse haved known he is, since before the 2008 election. Bill Ayers will be on the dinner guest list at the second inaugaration. So will Van Jones. So will Jeremiah Wright.

Oh, but feel free to rip into Mitt Romney or whatevest latest "unpure" opposition candidate du jour happens to be leading the pack, so as to dishearten and confuse the masses who we need to vote against Obama. Good strategy. That will work out quite nicely.

ABO - 2012.

Yeah, I've felt it for several months myself. I started thinking that that was why he and Nancy and Harry didn't seem to give a damn about public opinion; they don't have any 2012 election to worry about. There are no more elections.

I'll be surprised if I'm not correct---surprised and grateful.
