If either SS recipients or the troops find their checks withheld, or if we default on debt interest, it will be solely because Teh Won told Little Timmy to withhold the funds.
The money's in the Treasury -- there just isn't enough of it to pay all our obligations *and* continue to insure all those bought voters stay bought...
