Not just the smile - not a facial muscle has twitched from one shot to the next. Makes me think the stills from which the vid was made were shopped.

I saw this a while ago. Apparently the photos were all taken at the same foreign conference, which explains the same suit and tie. Michelle is also wearing the same dress.
But it's still creepy as hell. I hope it was shopped.
