More snarky questions to ask liberals and progressives

In that one study that just came out, the majority of you liberals and proglos enthusiastically supported a society where the richest quintile would only own three times as much wealth as the poorest quintile.

Really. So, tell me, shall I make the generous assumption that you guys are simply childlike and primitive innumerates and therefore have no idea of what exactly you are demanding here, or are you actually that fucking nuts? Haven't you given the logical implications of your ideal society even the most rudimentary examination or thought? For example, if the average person works a total of approximately 40 years in his adult life, how much savings and assets would he end up with for all this work? Only three times as much as what he started with, you say? If so, then what's the point of ever saving anything?
