A carton of Tropicana orange juice squeezed down from 64 ounces, a full half-gallon, to 59 ounces. A “pint” of Haagen-Dazs ice cream isn’t a pint anymore, but 14 ounces – 12.5 percent less. A large box of Kleenex dropped from 280 tissues to 260. A pound of coffee, 16 ounces, dropped 25 percent to 12 ounces, and some brands have started to slim that further, down to 11-ounce bags.

My house is worth about $800,000. It would easily be worth over a million if it weren't for stupid people who commit crime in the immediate areas around my house and who send their stupid children to the local schools thereby making them useless to non-stupid kids. I have additional costs associated with living around stupid people, which include payments on a security system, having to drive a crappy car, higher taxes for terrible services, etc. Rarely does a day go by in which I don't waste a significant amount of time waiting for a stupid person to do their (incredibly simple) job. Service in DC is run by stupid and they're not very good at it

About the fourth day something slowly dawned on me. It seemed impossible, but I examined myself and found it to be true. I do not have four arms.From the moment I woke up after surgery, I possessed four arms. Just like everyone else. The two I am used to, and two more directly behind and underneath the others. It was those arms that had been "holding me up" for 4 days. They were there like it was the most natural thing in the world, and it never occurred to me that maybe, just maybe, they were imaginary. They weren't like "angel wings" and they were not an external force. They were my own arms but they were pretty much autonomic, doing their thing without any conscious effort from me. They wrapped my back and chest, kept me warm, protected me from bumps, and were ever present. Sometimes they were filled with a powerful pulsing golden light that I would catch out of the corner of my eye, but mostly they were just there, albeit invisible. Moral Communism
If we presume for argument’s sake that they’re really after the economy, and can’t attack it directly because Communism is discredited,it is hard to think of a better indirect approach than via moralism. If they try to communise the economy directly, there is an enormous body of “right wing” economic theory that can knock down their plans. So instead, they go for a two stage process. First of all, they persuade people that some Damned Thing is immoral. Then they show that the free market allows or encourages that immoral thing. Then they can say, “well, we wish we didn’t have to do this, but I’m afraid we’re going to have to intervene in that part of the economy, to stop the Damned Thing, sorry”. This leaves the free marketeer floundering around having to try to justify the continuance of the Damned Thing in the name of some nebulous “liberty”. And then they say, “so your selfish desire for “liberty” means this Damned Thing must go on?” and you lose the argument in public, because most of the audience have been persuaded that there is a moral crisis that must be addressed, and you are a heartless asshole who just doesn’t care. -- – Counting Cats in Zanzibar

Never miss an opportunity, no matter how badly outnumbered you are or how uncomfortable you will make people, to loudly and rudely, and comprehensively defeat a liberals wise-ass comment. You have to make every commie-lib sorry for every commie-lib comment they make, wherever they make it. But conservatives would rather prove to other conservatives how logical and beneficial our ideology is rather than create a situation or be seen as anything less than Mayberry nice.
Liberals are playing by prison rules and conservatives are playing by Mayberry rules. They never have to worry about getting a shank in the kidney, we expect they will change their mind if we tell them facts. Know your opponent and show no mercy, we are the majority.
