When I was 13, one night, my father came home from one of his gigs bloodied and bruised. He wasn't a member of the local musician's union. He was sent packing with a 'message' and ended up traveling to Canada to do his nightclub act.

Not long after, I had to beat up a boy in order to teach him not to touch me 'there'. And I bloodied him up quite good. He got his message well.

Teacher dragged us both up to the principal's office. As I sat there listening to the principal ramble on about how 'violence doesn't solve problems' I noted the brass plaque of the Musicians Union...and he was the president of the local chapter.

I wanted to say something to him, then and there, but violence might have solved something then and there.

Did I hear him say that millions "give" their dues to the NEA. Excuse me, but I believe they have no choice.

You friendly neighbor union member deserves all the respect you reserve for the one billion plus "moderate" Muslims that just go along with the program and refuse to take action as their religion is used to set the world on fire. If half of the people that claim to be the good union members voted to reign in the Communists thugs running their particular union there would not be a divergence between the union leaders and the union members. Like the Muslims, as long as the crazies are leaving them alone it's not very important how, and to whom, the crazies are waging war.

I only respect the Muslims and union members getting scars fighting the extremists in their own ranks. That's to say, next month's meeting of the moderate Muslim association and responsible union members will be held in the same phone booth at the same time.

This lesson from the NEA is the lesson to keep in mind about all commie-lib organizations. PETA would happily stomp all baby seals to advance the Marxist agenda. NOW would happily abuse women to advance the Marxist agenda. The ACLU would happily force confessions from prisoners to advance the Marxist agenda. Union will happily use slave labor to advance the Marxist agenda. All of these Leftists groups are political Luddites. They have the same goal, sabotaging the system. The only difference is the name of their pet cause painted on the side of the wooden shoe before they throw it into the loom of Western Civ.

Sooner or later, Republicans/Conservatives are going to learn not to bring knives to gun fights and never leave a live enemy in back of you.
