Security Threats Continue

Airport officials ordered a holidaymaker carrying a toy soldier onto a plane to remove its three-inch gun -- because it was a safety threat. Ken Lloyd was stunned when he was told he could not go on the plane with the nine-inch model soldier because it was carrying a "firearms."

Your Say

He can be glad that one of his children didn't try taking it to school. That could have easily lead to felony charges of gun possession on school grounds.

I'm rolling on the floor laughing. With idiots like this in charge, we are supposed.. to feel.. safer??? The only way this toy gun is dangerous is that I nearly died laughing reading this post just now!

Can you imagine what people in the future will say looking back at how pathetically PC Western Civilization allowed itself to become?

That looks like the British SA-80. The real one doesn't work worth a shit.

I can't imagine the 3-inch toy version is any better.

Thank you George Bush for saddling us with a bunch of unionized morons that it will take a 100 megaton bomb to get rid of.

Thor, what you are forgetting is that the sheeple are equally offended by the mere existence of toy guns. It's not just the unionized morons.. it's the bleeding-hearts who don't want our sons to grow up to be men and the Leftists who don't want us to have the ability to defend ourselves. It's going to take more than your MOB.. As a no-nonsense mom, I'd like to crack some heads together, but I'd be accused of racism or something equally asinine. Besides, unions were promoting unchecked stupidity long before Bush. I blame the Islamofascist terrorists and the bleeding hearts.

MOAB, that is.. not a bad plan to undermine unions, but that is definitely the opposite direction the O-Administration is taking us. This reminds me of Prissy in GWTW.. "I don't know nothing 'bout birthin' no babies!" I'm sure the union moron was just exercising his authoritative fantasies. haha.
