The fact is that we can't account for the lack of warming at the moment, and it is a travesty that we can't.'

Global warming has halted: That's what happened to 'warmest year on record'

Actually, with the exception of 1998 - a 'blip' year when temperatures spiked because of a strong 'El Nino' effect (the cyclical warming of the southern Pacific that affects weather around the world) - the data on the Met Office's and CRU's own websites show that global temperatures have been flat, not for ten, but for the past 15 years.... But little by little, the supposedly settled scientific ' consensus' that the temperature rise is unprecedented, that it is set to continue to disastrous levels, and that it is all the fault of human beings, is starting to fray.

Hey, guess what else? Michael "Hockey Stick" Mann has admitted to the inconvenient truth of the Medieval Warming Period that would mess up his infamous graph. Now he just has to also include the missing (from his graph) "Little Ice Age" and the hockey stick can go to the dustbin of historical scientific fraud.

Funny how the "Warmists" have been "Deniers" about the real historical record of climate change

Somebody in the UK will fart, starting the whole greenhouse gas nonsense again, this time claiming once more it's causing another Ice Age.

Apparently these guys didn't get the memo. Won't somebody pleeease think about the vanishing islands? Maybe we can airlift in a few waaaahmbulances...

They are reporting record cold in Cancun. Ooops!

Ft. Lauderdale broke a low temperature record that has stood for 169 years. Oops!

So, now it's "climate change." Whatever it is, warming or cooling, it has to be due to all those rascally humans and their love affair with the demon fossil fuels.

Oh Goreacle, where are you when we need direction from on high? Surely you have some new vision thing to ah, explain all this. Goreacle? Goreacle?
