The article was rather infuriating. It was not until nearly the end of the article that I was able to infer that they were talking about Newark NJ rather than Newark CA.

Yes, because MyFoxNY would be talking about an obscure California town rather than that shithole across from NYC.

Booker is to be commended here, taking on the city's budget by decreasing expenses rather than by increasing property taxes. He knows that the real answer lies in tackling the extraordinary compensation packages and excessive hiring of public employees, and he's hitting the public where it hurts in order to get this across.

Don't want to fight the unions with me? Let's see how you feel after I close the pools in the middle of a heat wave.
